This website describes aerobic septic installation, conventional-to-aerobic conversion, OSSF permitting, and repair and maintenance work, and gives you a way to request contact from a local, licensed, and insured installer. Everything here, including any description of soil behavior, aerobic treatment, dispersal types, permit steps, or what a job involves, is general guidance. None of it binds anyone to a price. None of it is engineering advice. None of it is legal advice. No page on this site promises a permit approval or a timeline. Every system gets priced on its own after somebody stands on the property and the required site and soil evaluation is done. Questions about permits, setbacks, soil evaluation requirements, property lines, maintenance rules, or what your parcel is allowed to carry belong with the county that permits your parcel, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, a licensed engineer, your surveyor, or your own attorney.
