Useful to have in front of you: the parcel or address, the number of bedrooms the house has or will have, whether there is an existing system and roughly how old it is, whether an alarm is sounding, whether the lot is wooded or near a lake or creek, and whether you are building new or replacing a failed field. None of it is required.

Hours: We answer the phone Monday to Saturday, from 7am until 6pm, and we are shut on Sunday.

Weather: We evaluate, design, and quote whenever the ground allows, and we dig when the site is workable. Saturated Piney Woods ground moves a start date, because a machine working wet soil smears it shut. A wet winter or spring is also when marginal fields give out, so that stretch fills the calendar.

Permits: Every new system, conversion, and major repair needs a county permit and a site and soil evaluation before anyone digs. We confirm what your parcel requires with the county it sits in and we submit the application. No contractor and no website can hand you an approval or a date.

Service area: Longview and Gregg County, plus Upshur, Harrison, and Rusk counties, including Kilgore, Gilmer, Marshall, Henderson, Hallsville, White Oak, Tatum, and Ore City.

One boundary worth stating. A routine tank pump-out is a pump truck's job, not ours. If that is all you need, we will point you to one.
